"We needed to find a harley dealer to work on my 1991 sportster basket case that no other dealer or HD tech workshop would touch. We had it in 2 shops before bringing it to Faultline HD. The service was impeccable, the people we dealt with were always kind and friendly, and always willing to help, no matter what the circumstances were. The sales people, as well as the service department, and the mechanics were all knowledgeable in their words and thoughts, and each time we return for a visit, the sales people we have come to know, make it a point to seek us out just to say hello, or offer a refreshment or two.
I travel around the country often, riding a goldwing. This is one of the first shops that welcomes me with open arms, and have no nasty comments about what I ride. Your service is the most courteous of any HD shop I have ever been in. Kudos to you & your employees.

"THANK YOU FAULTLINE FOR RESTORING MY FAITH IN HARLEY DEALERSHIPS. My job requires me to travel all over our country so I have been in dealerships from one coast to the other. I don't get to spend as much time at home riding as I would love to. I recently purchaced a 2010 Wideglide from my hometown dealer and am still researching custom options.I visited your dealership and your parts guys answered my questions for about an hour, provided a catolog, and gave me a printout of the parts I was interested in. A couple days later one of your service members( I am sorry I did not get her name) spent a half hour on the phone with me getting me information. I can't remember the last time I have been treated so well in a dealership, including when I bought this new bike. You can tell your people care about their jobs and fellow bikers. I just wish your dealership was closer to home so I could visit more ofter. Thanks again

"After reading multiple forums for reviews of H-D/Buell dealers in Nor Cal, Faultline was always noted as the one who treated Buell riders the best. Based on that I went to the dealership, and after multiple conversations with Daryn, who also set me up with a fantastic insurance agent, purchased my '09 Buell Firebolt. Two weeks later to the day, the bike and I went down on the Bay Bridge, resulting in multiple broken bones and a surgery, and the destruction of the right side of the bike. While I was in the hospital, Faultline H-D/Buell worked smoothly with my insurance agent to get my bike from the tow yard down to the shop, and provide an expedient estimate. Throughout the repair time frame, Evan kept in touch with me to advise of the progress with the repairs, and I got two calls from Jess (?..service manager) to see how I was personally doing after the crash. The bike was fixed before I was. I had talked about the fantastic treatment I was receiving from Faultline to other friends. One just moved to Fremont and will start using the service department, and another friend & his spouse just bought a Lightning Ss & Lightning Scg and are raving about their salesperson. While I have several other H-D/Buell dealers closer to me, I think it is worth the distance to continue going to a place that has shown great respect and care for their customers. Thanks!"

"I brought my bike in for a routine 5K mile service. During the service it was discovered that my flywheel was warped. While fixing the flywheel problem it was discovered that my engine had a hairline crack in the case. I could not believe it when I saw it. Truly amazing the attention to detail that went into servicing my bike. Thankfully I had purchased the extended warranty, when I bought my bike 3 yrs ago. The parts came in and Phil went to work putting my baby back together. Phil made sure everything went in better than new. Every nut and bolt torqued to spec. He even trued up the alignement of the bike. When I took my bike out for the first time after getting it back from the shop I could not belive how much better the bike road and handled, and how much better the motor ran. Phil I can't thank you enough for taking such good care of my bike, and Ryan and the rest of the service team, you guy's ROCK! Thanks again for everything, Bill S."

" On Sun. May the 24th, I was attending the EAST BAY DRAGONS BBQ/Picnic at the Oakland estuary. Upon departure time I realized I left my key and fob at home therefore I was essentially stranded. I called Faultline and spoke with Ryan Beeman ( service dep't ) and told him my of my scenario. He said not worry. He researched my info ( I purchased a 2007 from there in 2006 ) and talked me through my code-start sequence. Needless to say I was running again within a few min's, and back on the road. Without these guy's I would still be waiting for a tow. When it comes to "OVER-ALL SERVICE", Faultline and the complete staff cannot be contested for complete customer satisfaction. "I've been in and out for years always thinking one day I will purchase the that Harley I've wanted to go with my other bike. I've been a classic Honda rider for many many years but since working with the guys at Faultline and purchasing the 105th Anniversary Wide Glide, I've been on my Honda one day. The bike and the dealership are both outstanding. Any questions or issues that come up they have been there every step of the way to help and offer advice. My Ultra Classic Electra Glide experienced major extended warranty service this summer and the bike was eventually returned to me in better condition than it has ever been in. The service department even made updates to existing systems without even being asked to do so. I could not be more pleased with the results.
