"I brought my bike in for a routine 5K mile service. During the service it was discovered that my flywheel was warped. While fixing the flywheel problem it was discovered that my engine had a hairline crack in the case. I could not believe it when I saw it. Truly amazing the attention to detail that went into servicing my bike. Thankfully I had purchased the extended warranty, when I bought my bike 3 yrs ago. The parts came in and Phil went to work putting my baby back together. Phil made sure everything went in better than new. Every nut and bolt torqued to spec. He even trued up the alignement of the bike. When I took my bike out for the first time after getting it back from the shop I could not belive how much better the bike road and handled, and how much better the motor ran. Phil I can't thank you enough for taking such good care of my bike, and Ryan and the rest of the service team, you guy's ROCK! Thanks again for everything."-Bill S., Fremont

Stan is our senior Certified Master of Technology Technician. This is the highest accolade you can earn through Harley-Davidson. Stan has been here for over 30 years--there isn't much he hasn't encountered. Stan is continually passing his knowledge on to the rest of our staff. In fact, all of our new Technicians are paired with Stan to ensure they are up to Faultline's high standards. Stan prefers to work on bikes that have genuine Harley-Davidson® parts and accessories. Stan acknowledges "You can't beat the fit and finish of a Harley-Davidson® product."
Sheenan started with us while he was attending WyoTech. He ran our pick up and delivery of motorcycles, as well as test rides. Since completing his courses and grduating at the top of his class, he has been turning wrenches for Faultline. Sheenan is a dirt bike enthusiast, but loves all kinds of bikes. He is currently eyeing a new 1125r, and loves to get out on the weekends. Phil is another Certified Harley-Davidson Technician that bleeds Harley-Davidson orange and black. He loves motorcycles and is very passionate about his work. Phil has been a great asset to our shop, bringing his expert custom building abilites to further enhance a well rounded service department. Phil built an outrageous custom bike that took first place in the 2006 San Francisco Rod and Custom Show.
Mike is another Master Technician with the Faultline crew. He has been with Faultline for about a year now. Mike enjoys working on both Harley-Davidson® and Buell models, as he is a PHD Certified Harley-Davidson® and also a Certified Buell Technician. Mike recently completed a service procedures class, and has earned his Master of Chassis degree while at Faultline. He is now working towards his Master of Powertrain degree.Paul was the first Wyotech Technician Faultline has hired, and he has proven to be a great addition to the crew. Paul retired from the Army, and was looking for a second career. He enrolled in WyoTech's Motorcycle program, and Graduated with honors at the top of his class. He has been working with us for a year now, and loves working on motorcycles. Paul recently finished a custom Sportster project for his wife, with extended forks, wild paint, and all attitude look. We are stoked that Paul chose Faultline for his second career.
Lio joined the Faultline team in May of 2008. He has years of dealership experience, and specializes in custom applications. He has outfitted several different police agency motorcycles, including lighting packages and hands free radio installs. In fact, Lio rides a retired police bike--complete with ape hangers and other cool stuff. Thanks for choosing Faultline to work at Lio! Shane is another meticulous Tech that we are lucky to have. He can work on both Harley-Davidson and Buell motorcycles. He is currently completing his own project Sportster build--from the frame up. In his spare time, he gets out on the hockey rink and mixes it up. But don't worry, he can handle anything thrown at him.

Couldn't have a picture of the crew without the frontline guys. I believe Faultline's service consultants are the best in the country--but forget what I think. We have Harley-Davidson's CSI scores to prove it!!!
Ryan handles his business better than anyone. From custom bikes, to collision estimates, to new riders trying to find their comfort zone, Ryan can do it all. Ryan understands customer service, and his goal is to have you ride out grinnin'. He knows the importance of referral business, and wants each customer to tell 10 friends about our shop. Ryan rides a 2009 FLHT, rain or shine.Evan has been with us for a number of years. He is a motorcycle enthusiast, so he can help with any questions or accessories you might need. He loves dirt bike riding, and helps his brother out at the AMA races.
Larnell is the guy that keeps everyone on their toes. Larnell, Jason and Juan are responsible for making sure the motorcycles are clean and ready for pickup. Larnell also keeps the techs running, making sure their lifts have motorcycles on them, their work areas are clean, and all of the equipment is in good working order. As always, Larnell's crew has the highest Harley-Davidson CSI Scores for returning a motorcycle clean to the customer after service. Larnell and the guys are the best at keeping Faultline's customer's scooters the best looking they can be.If you have had a down bike, you have probably met Jon. Jon manages our pick up and delivery of motorcycles. If your bike is down or doesn't run, Jon can get it to our shop safely for you. He also doubles as a test rider for the techs when they are done servicing the bike. While test riding, Jon has been trained to check for handling issues, electrical components working correctly, and verifying that the customer running conditions have been corrected.
