Faultline Harley-Davidson / Buell was originally opened as Cycle Center, a Honda-Triumph motorcycle dealership in the mid-1960s. It was one of the first, if not the first, Honda motorcycle dealership in Northern California. In March of 1977, Kenny Evilcizor the owner at that time, purchased the Harley-Davidson franchise that had been established in the Irvington district of Fremont a few years earlier and moved it to the Fremont Boulevard location in the Centerville district. Kenny and his brother, John operated the store and added Kawasaki in the early 1980s. In 1985 the store was sold to David Siddiq. In June of 1988 David Siddiq sold the store to Dennis and Faye Hall. Dennis and Faye moved the Dealership from Fremont Blvd. to its current location in 1993.
In April 2005, owners Mike Genthner, Jess Bettencourt and Dan Doiron purchased the dealership. On April 4, 2008 the Dealership was named Faultline Harley-Davidson / Buell.
